3. To enter this prize draw, entrants must complete the entry form and hand it in to your local NCA branch.
4. By submitting your entry form, you consent to the Promoter using your personal data details for the purpose of fulfilling this prize draw. All information will be held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and its website terms of use (see www.ncacash.com).
5. The closing date for receipt of entry forms is 30th July 2010.
6. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed, damaged, corrupted, illegible or incomplete entry forms, which shall be disqualified at the discretion of the Promoter, or for transmission or computer error affecting the logging of entry forms.
7. One winner will be chosen at random on 30 July under the supervision of an independent observer. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
8. The winner shall be notified by telephone on 30 July.
9. The prize is a 42" Plasma flat screen TV (HD ready with built in freeview). The prize is as stated and is non-transferable. No cash alternatives will be offered. If, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
